Visa application and renewal services for all types

Criteria for applying or renewing visas for foreigners in Thailand

Applicants must clearly state the purpose of stay, which must align with the type of visa being requested

(e.g. tourism, business, education, employment, retirement, family).

All required supporting documents must be prepared according to the visa type

(e.g. passport, photos, application form, financial proof, travel evidence, invitation letters, and other supporting documents).

Applicants must not be classified as prohibited persons, must have no history of being a threat to national security,

and must not have any disqualifying diseases.

Visa fees will be charged according to the type and duration of stay.

Permission to stay in the Kingdom will be granted according to the visa type

(e.g. tourist visa 60 days, non-immigrant visa 90 days),

and extensions may be granted based on the criteria for each visa category.

Visa Extension

The extension application must be submitted to the Immigration Office before the current visa expires.

The required documents for visa extension are similar to those for the initial application,

with additional items such as proof of residence in Thailand and 90-day reporting records (if applicable).

For Non-B (work) visas, it is essential to have a valid Work Permit before a 1-year extension can be granted.
