-Renewal Procedures can be started 45 days before the visa expiration date.
-The Passport must have at least 2 blank pages and a remaining validity of at least 1 year. *If the validity is less than 1 year, the visa will be issued according to the passport's validity.

Company registration certificate(certified and within the last 6 months). If there is a branch, the branch's registration certificate is also required.

Shareholder register/ B.O.J.5 (certified and within the last 6 months),and the shares must be 100% paid.

Complete set of the latest annual tax return(P.N.D.50) and receipts

Latest annual financial statement submission documents(S.BC.3) (certified and within the last 6 months)

Complete set of P.P.01 and P.P.09 (if applicable)

Copy of the P.P.30 recorded page and receipts from the past 3 months

P.N.D.1 recorded page, complete employee list, and receipts(for the most recent 3 months); salaries must be at or above the minimum wage.

Copy of the authorized director's ID (for Thai directors). For foreign directors: a valid passport, visa pages (must be within the validity period),and all pages of the work permit(including pages with government records).

License or permit(if required for your company's business type, e.g., beauty salon, alcohol/tobacco sales, karaoke, etc.)

NOTE : After submitting your visa renewal application to the immigration Bureau, it takes approximately 21 to 30 days for approval(the exact date of approval cannot be guaranteed). Therefore , please do not leave the country until your visa is issued. Once approved, you will receive a 1-year business visa.
