Valid Original Passport with a 90-Day business Visa

ID photos (3x4 cm, White background , collared shirt , no glasses , no hat)

Company registration certificate (certified and issue within the last 6 months). If there are branch offices, a branch registration certificate is also required.

Shareholder list/ B.O.J.5 (Certified and issued within the last 6 months). All shares must be fully paid.

Copy of social security payment certificate, employee list, and the latest receipt.

Copy of the filled pages of P.P 30 and receipts from the past 3 to 6 months.

Complete set of financial statements for the most recent fiscal year and corresponding receipts.

Complete set of tax return documents for the most recent fiscal year (P.N.D.50) and corresponding receipts.

Financial statement submission document for the most recent fiscal year (S.BC.3), certified and issued within the last 6 months

Complete set of P.P.01 and P.P.09 forms (if applicable)

Copy of the ID of the authorized director (in the case of a Thai director). If the director is foreign , a copy of the current valid passport, visa page(within validity), and all pages of the work permit (including pages with official records)

Company location map (Google Maps cannot be used)

Permit (if the business type requires a permit, such as beauty, sale of alcohol or tobacco, karaoke ,etc.)
Documents Required for Work Permit Renewal

Original passport with a copy of the NON-B business visa page that has already been extended.
(The visa must be renewed before applying for a work permit extension.)

Original Work Permit and a Copy

3-6 photographs (3x4 cm) with a white background, wearing a collared shirt, no glasses, no hat

Medical certificate stating that the applicant does not have any prohibited diseases under Thai law
(Issued within the last 1 month)

Copy of the most recent personal income tax filing (Form PND.90 or PND.91), along with the official payment receipt

Company Certificate (issued within the last 6 months).
If there is a branch office, a branch certificate must also be included.

Shareholder List (Form BorJor. 5) certified within the last 6 months. All shares must be fully paid (100%)

Financial statements (with all items and official receipt)

Copies of VAT Return Forms (Form PorPor.30) front pages and receipts for the past 3 months

Copy of the ID card of the authorized Thai director.
In case the authorized director is a foreigner, provide a copy of the passport, current valid visa page, and all pages of the work permit that contain official records.

Copy of Social Security forms: front page, list of insured persons, and payment receipts for the last 3 months.

Licenses (if the company operates businesses that require permits), such as beauty salons, alcohol and tobacco sales, karaoke businesses.
Note: The application for work permit renewal must be submitted at least 30 days before the current permit expires (but no more than 90 days in advance).
