Visa must have more than 15 days remaining and must not be over stay.

Must have more than 2 full blank pages and be valid for more than 1 year

Photo for Application : Size 4 x 6 cm, white background , Must wear a collared shirt , No glasses , No hat.

Latest TM.30 Residence Notification and *A reachable phone number of the foreign applicant is required.* (Important)

Company Certificate : Certified within the last 6 months , If the company has branches , Branches certificates must also be included.

List of Shareholders/BOJ.5 : Certified within the last 6 months. Share must be 100% paid.

MOA and Amendments (If have any) All version certified within the last 6 months.

Company or Partnership Registration Certification (Por.Kor.0401)

Latest Financial Statements and PND.50 (Include all pages and receipts)

Submission Form for Financial Statements/SBC (last 3 years) Certified within the last 6 months.

PND.1 Forms: Include front page, employee list, and receipts for the last 3 months, Salaries must be above minimum wage.

Copy of Thai Director's ID, If the authorized director is a foreigner, provide passport, current valid visa page, and work permit (all pages with official records)

Company Photos : Must clearly show the company name sign and building. Do not print on A4 paper.

Business Licenses : Required if your company operates in regulated sector (e.g., beauty salon , alcohol/ tobacco sales, Karaoke).
NOTE : After submitting the visa change application at immigration , you must wait approximately 15 days before submitting your passport for visa stamping.
